We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation.You will provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. You will work in a care model that provides 50% virtual visits and must be able to work at the local clinic the other 50% of the schedule. You must have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and/or digital health) and demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice as we continue to evolve our virtual care model. A comfort level with concurrent documentation is also needed for this role.Working for Northwest Permanente, our Adult Psychiatrists enjoy:$301,000 - $366,000 - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*
- Salary: $236,900 to $269,200 base salary
- 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
- 90%+ employer paid health plan
- Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance
