S&P Dow Jones Indices is seeking an Agile Coach to guide, inspire, and lead the organization through its Agile transformation. You will work closely with leaders and team members at all levels to ensure the execution certainty and integration of this critical initiative. Y ou will help teams change their ways of working, maximiz ing their full potential to deliver value and progress against key business outcomes. You will help drive behavior change and work with Agile teams to track organizational metrics and manage business processes. You will support with training sessions and workshops to enable teams in agile methodology . You will embrace agility as a discipline and drive the agile maturation of each team and the organization as a change agent and agile leader.
You will report to the Lead Agile Coach and work with a team of Agile Coaches that exemplifies agile mindset and provides hands-on experiences with cross-functional teams to engineer their best way of work . You will cultivate a high-performance culture of client centrism, disciplined execution, collaboration, innovation, and integrity . Guide direction on vision, enable critical decision -making , help unblock escalated issues, and visibly champion effort of transformation management strategy
Help d rive the agile strategy across the organization to the right levels of leadership and teams to ensure understanding of transformation objectives

Be an ambassador for agile and a catalyst for continuous improvement - role models agile principles and behaviors
Agile Coaching Capability
Demonstrate an agile mindset in all interactions across coaching team and broader division
M entor , coach , and help mature agile roles across teams
Coach , influence, and provide feedback to senior management including Group Lead and Chapter Leads
Work with teams across the organization to promote agile principles and build a culture of servant leadership through team coaching, workshops and 1:1 sessions
Provide agile consulting and support for cross-functional projects with minimal supervision
Influence and turn observation-based learnings into feedback and positive changes and actions
Demonstrate strong relationship management and customer engagement skills through various project and experiences
Able to influence senior executives to receive feedback, guidance and coaching
Mentor and support more junior coaches in developing their agile coaching capability and solving more complex team challenges
Agile Processes (Incl. Financial and Operations)
Continuously refine S&P DJI's end-to-end processes to align with Agile principles and approaches in order to define team-level practices and ceremonies
Diagnose different situations and expertly assess agile capability gaps between current and future state
Independently d rive change and solutions with minimal support
Facilitate complex problem-solving sessions, leadership meetings and workshops
Role model agile process improvement techniques and behaviors
Support the implementation of metrics, dashboards, and OKR's to optimize delivery and measure agility in terms of predictability, responsiveness, quality, productivity and customer and business value
Enable teams to realize their objectives and deliver on OKR's in service to S&P DJI strategy
Participate in both internal and external Agile community to stay abreast of challenges, leading practices, and emerging trends
Look for new opportunities to deliver on continuous business improvement efforts .
Partner with Compliance, Legal and Index Governance to ensure agile coaching practice is aligned with the S&P DJI Governance framework and guardrails
Ensure consistent adoption of Agile collaboration tools and alignment across teams
Develop and deliver agile training and curriculum solutions to the Agile teams including facilitation of workshops, and training on a variety of agile topics (e.g., playbook, bootcamp materials)
What we are looking for :
Qualifications :
8 + years of work experience with at least 2 years experience in leading change preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
K nowledge and experience working with or in Agile teams and understanding of practices
A depth and breadth of knowledge on how S&P Dow Jones Indices operates including impactful trends and future direction of the core index, asset, wealth, and capital market industries preferred
Critical experiences :
Effectively supported a successful organizational transformation - delivered enterprise and/or cross-functional program
Experience with Agile frameworks preferrable within a product and client-centric organization
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate with senior and middle management
Experience in coaching, training, and facilitating leaders through business transformation
Previously worked in a global company and demonstrated cross-cultural and cross-functional effectiveness
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills in a team setting including extended teams where members are not always direct reports
Critical leadership competencies :
Demonstrated ability to empower individuals and teams to work autonomously to deliver great value to customers
Results driven- owns partnerships as key enablers to deliver business objectives
Ability to cultivate strong relationships to effectively navigate the organization
Ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fast-paced setting

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary for this position is $85/hr - $125/ depending on experience. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
