Job Summary: Since our inception in 1921, the Department of Biomolecular Chemistry (BMC) has celebrated 100 years of discovery related to biochemical research, integrating fundamental molecular mechanisms with human disease, within the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.Of the 16 faculty, five affiliate faculty, and emeritus faculty, several have been recognized with national and international honors, including by the National Academy of Sciences, American Academy of Arts and Sciences, American Academy of Microbiology, and American Association for the Advancement of Science.
