About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Corporate Insurance Administrator to support the Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Support Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and CMS regarding insurance compliance process, administrative responsibilities, and phone work

• Manage multiple priorities and provide customer service

• Deliver feedback and recommend solutions to improve processes and tools within the insurance compliance team

• Perform complex tasks such as research, review, analyze, and recommend actions related to validating insurance compliance for property liability coverage

• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures

• Act as first point of contact for all parties regarding insurance compliance

• Interact with managers, individuals, Lenders, Special Servicers, Insurance Agents and Companies, etc. during insurance compliance campaign

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation, and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Corporate Insurance, Workers Compensation, Human Resources, or Service Center environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience

• Property and casualty insurance experience

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

• Ability to prioritize conflicting deliverables in real time

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of operations policies and procedures

• Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships

• Ability to partner and coordinate with other functions

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Outstanding technical and critical thinking skills

• Outstanding troubleshooting and resolution skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
