SCHEDULE: 11pm-7:30am Tuesday-SaturdaySunday and Monday offSUMMARYCleans buildings and perform specialized duties as described below.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned within classification. Comply with health and safety directives to include the use and/or wearing of protective materials and devices Sweeping, dry/wet mopping, vacuuming floors and stairwells Vacuuming and spot cleaning carpets perform minor preventative care on vacuums (belt replacement and beater bar maintenance) may require use of hand tools Floor stripping, waxing, buffing and spray buffing
