The NYU School of Professional Studies seeks a Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Real Estate Finance for the Schack Institute of Real Estate, effective Fall 2024.  (The rank of the position will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.) The Schack Institute of Real Estate is actively seeking candidates who are distinguished academics and/or professionals with exemplary experience in commercial real estate, and have the ability to teach courses in the following areas:  finance and investment, affordable housing, capital markets, real estate data analytics, portfolio management, development process, asset management, sustainability, green building, urban economics, city planning, property technology, and global real estate markets.
