POSITION SUMMARY: Under the general guidance of the Laboratory Operations Manager, the Program Manager, Point of Care and Quality Assurance  is responsible for the overall laboratory system services with regulations and quality standards and guidance including, but not limited to, the federal government and the state Department of Public Health (DPH) compliance requirements associated with the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) and The Joint Commission (TJC) and College of American Pathologists (when applicable), Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) best practices, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) standards, and the privacy and confidentiality requiremen
