Basic Purpose :
Responsible for supporting sales and client service efforts of Wealth Strategists and Associate Wealth Strategists. This includes working closely with high net worth RIA and Family Office clients, completing analysis requests, providing client service support, and directly assisting the sales teams on ad hoc requests as needed.
Primary Responsibilities: - Collaborate with WSG/RIA Specialists and WSG/RIA Sr. Relationship Managers to effectively serve and support current and prospective advisors and family offices. - Collaborate with WMS Regional Directors and Wealth Advisor Consultants. - Efficiently manage the administrative responsibilities of Exchange Fund onboarding. - Run transition and hypothetical analyses for use with financial advisors. - Update and maintain CRM. - Master proprietary software applications to be able to pull and manipulate data for ongoing client servicing, e.g. Salespage, Argos, Seismic, Salesportal, Workfront, Agiloft, Tableau - Actively participate in daily team activity, including being reactive to telephone and email inquiries from financial advisors. - Coordinate with territories on business development (i.e. territory campaigns for ongoing pipeline and new opportunities). - Out of office coverage support - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Minimum one year of industry experience preferred - FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Must be very comfortable with technology, especially Microsoft Excel. - Team player, shows initiative/resourcefulness, actively seeks opportunities to make a contribution. - Able to learn quickly, retain knowledge and information. - Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Salary range for the position: $90,000 - $110,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
