Position OverviewThe director of the RN to BSN program is appointed by the dean and has delegated administrative responsibility for the overall oversight and implementation of the College of Nursings RN to BSN academic program in collaboration with the assistant and associate deans. This is a 12-month tenure or clinical track position with administrative effort of 25%. Productivity in scholarship and educational grants is an expectation of this position.
