Job Type:StaffJob Description:Works within a health team and community partners to ensure successful implementation of high-quality health screenings. Oversees and supports screenings conducted by medical, nursing and allied health students in elementary schools for children of grade school years; ensures quality and efficiency of health screening events. Assists in the advancement of the Score 1 for Health Program supporting best practices in community health/school nursing including health promotion and improving family access to high-quality primary care services. Responsible for appropriate on-going training and quality skills assurance of Score 1 staf
