8:00am - 4:30pm (summer)
Variable work schedule is required including evening, weekend, and special events assignments.

Job Description:
The Instructional Technology Consultant is responsible for performing a variety of professional and administrative duties that facilitate critical operations in support of academics and the student experience. This position provides a full range of audio and video technical support and training to students, faculty and staff. Other responsibilities include software and desktop computer support as well as preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Variable work schedule is required including evening, weekend, and special events assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain and troubleshoot classroom presentation systems as well as audio and video production equipment.
• On-site troubleshooting for classroom presentation systems.
• Provide training and instruction to students, faculty and staff.
• Preventative maintenance for classroom presentation systems.
• Support and troubleshoot computer applications (including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and web-based videoconferencing applications).
