Job Description: The D'Aniello IVMF is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Entrepreneurship & Small Business team to support the portfolio's recurring programs and operations. Key responsibilities include assisting in the procurement, management and shipment of inventory and equipment; supporting the larger portfolio of programs, to include the Boots to Business program, in compiling data and narrative information for grant reports; assisting in the development of Standard Operating Procedures and other resource documents; and training teammates in data systems. This position will report to the Associate Director, Entrepreneurship & Small Business.

Responsibilities:
Support the procurement, organization, labeling, and management of the portfolio's inventory.
Assist in maintaining portfolio's inventory list by category, current stock, and upcoming event or conference requirements.
Serve as key member of the conference team including managing receipt of inventory and return shipments to and from event sites.
Identify areas of improvement in cataloging and tracking inventory, organization in dedicated storage facility, and shipment procedures.
Assist with logistics of program portfolio to include trackers for flights, honoraria, speakers, etc. for virtual and in-person programs.
Assist with portfolio budget by maintaining a real-time expense tracking system for all program(s) expenses, and projected expenses, in real time.
Collaborate with Boots to Business Program Manager to support program to include scheduling and confirmation of OCONUS training cohorts with base personnel.
Maintain a real time, current listing of installation points of contact in 35 locations in 7 countries.
Provide travel agency with applicable schedule of workshop dates and coordinate the communication between travel agent and the instructor.
Review and approve all travel in accordance with US Code, SBA guidelines, and Syracuse University travel policies.
Input instructors' travel vouchers.
Respond to questions and concerns from POCs/instructors prior to workshops.
Reconcile monthly procard statements, and track within larger B2B Budget.
Work with Project Manager, Entrepreneurship & Small Business, to review portfolio Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other resource documents on quarterly basis and provide comments and recommendations to portfolio leadership.
Assist in the development and management of new SOP.
Recognize gaps in supportive documents and assist in their development and management.
Maintain repository of portfolio SOP and resource documents.
Work with program leads to create the needed documentation to be used within the project management platform.
Other duties as assigned.
