General Summary: The Fitness and Wellness Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of a culturally-centered and comprehensive fitness program within the Recreation Department of the Division of Athletics and Recreation that reflects the diversity of the campus. The Manager ensures the needs of all members, including students, faculty, staff and community are well served by offering group fitness, personal training, small group training, fitness outreach, and specialized programs. The Manager is also responsible for the management of the fitness staff and equipment.
