The Senior HRIS Analyst is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for the management, administration, and optimization of the Human Resources Information System(s) (HRIS). This role involves a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of HR operations to enhance HR processes, drive system efficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making. After completing 6 months in office this will be a hybrid (in office and from home) position.
Major Responsibilities
1. Manages and maintains HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system integrity. 2. Leads the configuration, customization, and maintenance of HRIS modules. 3. Develops and produces custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business leaders in making informed decisions. 4. Conducts regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards. 5. Collaborates with HR and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Implements solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes. 6. Leads or assists in the implementation of system enhancements, upgrades, new modules, and integrations with other business systems. 7. Provides training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing HRIS functionalities. Offers ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure optimal system utilization. 8. Ensures HRIS compliance with relevant laws and regulations and establishes and maintains data governance practices. Ensure HRIS compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable compliance regulations. 9. Defines system requirements and works with external vendors to evaluate and recommends HRIS software and systems. 10. Performs other duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1. Strong understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce), data structures, and reporting tools. 2. Ability to analyze complex HR data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. 3. Proven experience managing HRIS projects from conception to completion, including upgrades, implementations, and process improvements. 4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 5. Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, propose effective solutions, and implement changes
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 2. At least 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS administration or a related role. 3. Experience with Workday & Dayforce HRIS systems preferred. 4. Experience with Power BI a plus. 5. Requires a valid Texas Driver’s License.
