This position is ideally suited for an Optometrist with a completed Residency, or a minimum experience of three years.
- You must have a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry.
- One-year OD Residency preferred, or a minimum three years of clinical experience with a history of chronic disease management.
- You must have an unrestricted Oregon and Washington State Medical license and unrestricted federal-issued DEA

- Salary: $118,700 - $144,800
