The Department of Mathematics in the College of Arts and Sciences at The Ohio State University seeks applications to fill Visiting Assistant Professor positions. Pending approval, these positions will be available effective Autumn Semester 2025. These term positions are renewable annually for up to a total of three years.
Education and Experience Requirements
Required: A Ph.D. in Mathematics or related field is required at the time of application. Candidates are expected to observe the general principle of building a culturally diverse intellectual community, in line with OSUs Shared Values (see below).
Desired: The ideal candidate will have anexcellent record in research, as well as evidence of strong teaching ability and mentoring.
