Washington, DC (901 E)Project OverviewThe State Health Solutions aims to build data-driven partnerships between state public health and Medicaid agencies to more effectively address preventable, high-priority diseases that affect the nation's underserved populations through the development of data- informed, effective, and equitable interventions, and the incentivization of health care providers to implement those interventions.The project will conduct research activities to inform the development of a blueprint for data partnerships between state Medicaid and public health agencies, partner with select states to implement the blueprint and assess its effectiveness and outcomes and scale the partnerships to addi
