The Zidovska Lab at the Center for Soft Matter Research in Physics Dept. at New YorkUniversity (https://physics.nyu.edu/zidovskalab/index.html) invites applications for a full-time postdoctoral associate position. The Zidovska Lab is a cell biophysics lab focusingon the physics of the genome and the cell nucleus. We use experimental, analytical andcomputational approaches from biophysics, polymer physics and soft condensed matterphysics to reveal the physical principles governing behavior of the genome in live cells.Examples of our experimental tools include high-resolution optical microscopy, smallangle X-ray scattering and genome editing.
