The Opportunity:
The WSU Foundation builds on the enthusiasm, pride, and loyalty of the Cougar family to grow philanthropic relationships, broaden the base of alumni and donor engagement, and responsibility manage assess to advance WSU's mission, vision, and goals.
As the Gift Use Agreement Manager for the WSU Foundation you will serve as the primary contact for gift use agreements (GUAs), ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the creation, modification, and management of GUAs, and maintaining project tracking systems, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to facilitate effective gift administration. Additionally, you will conduct audit-related tasks and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the CRM system and develop other related writing as needed; furthermore you will supervise student employees.

This is a full time, 100% FTE,permanent position. This position is overtimeeligible.
*This position is located in Pullman WA, and may be eligible for a hybrid schedule with the expectation to work in the office at least 3 times per week.*
For Remote/Hybrid positions, the successful candidate will need to meet WSU's technical system requirements. Telework positions will require signing a telework agreement. Minimum technical requirements include an internet bandwidth of 4.0 Mbps for upload and download. WSU will provide other technical equipment determined necessary for telework positions.
Monthly Salary: $3,643 to $4,865 | Range 42 | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree OR equivalent education/experience.
Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver's license and meet requirements in accordance with SPPM 7.10 and departmental driving standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent writing skills with emphasis in technical and/or legal documents.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and have long-term vision.
WSU Advancement experience.
Understanding of donor databases, preferably CRM Advance.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationship and interact with internal and external constituents in a professional manner.
Be able to work autonomously with minimal instruction.
Strong skills in data analysis.
Understanding of gift use agreement processes and/or legal contracts, grants, or other conditional use agreements.
